Last updated: 15 October 2026
STUCK-ATTACK respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you register your interest in a STUCK-ATTACK Experience, ask to be notified about the deck, or contact us through this website.
01Information we collect
When you join the STUCK-ATTACK Experience waiting list, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, town or city, preferred way of attending (on your own, with a friend or with a group), approximate group size if you provide it, your consent, and the date and time you registered.
When you ask to be notified about the STUCK-ATTACK deck, we collect your full name, email address, your consent, and the date and time you registered.
02How we use your information
We use this information to manage the waiting list, contact you about upcoming STUCK-ATTACK Experiences, let you know when the deck is available, understand interest, and respond to enquiries.
03Registration and marketing consent
You give your consent by ticking the box on the registration form. Registering does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We will not use your details for unrelated marketing without your permission.
04How information is stored and protected
This website is built and hosted with Lovable. Registrations are stored in the website’s Lovable Cloud database. When you register, an email notification containing your details is sent to us through Lovable’s email service.
Registrations cannot be read through the public website. Only the website owner can view them through the website’s administration area. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
05Service providers and sharing
We do not sell your personal information. The service providers above process information only as needed to host the website, store registrations and deliver email notifications.
06How long we keep information
We keep your details only while they are reasonably needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. We will securely delete them when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask us to remove you.
07Your privacy rights
Under New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. You can also ask us to remove your registration. We may need to keep some information where required by law.
